I have always been passionate about hard work, consistency, and dedication. My name is Bailie and I am the owner of DirtDiva. I have a ambition for agriculture, construction, and vehicle detailing. I started DirtDiva in 2024 to show that females can work in male-dominated industries. From Dirt to Diva represents a drive for success no matter the competition, unwanted feedback, or hardships females face. I have always had an interest for physically demanding work, who says divas can’t win?
At DirtDiva, it has been my mission to help fulfill my own dreams while offering services to people who need a clean space. Sometimes we just need a clean area, place to relax, or feel comfortable driving in. I hope to make not only females, but everyone feel better in their ride, ensuring quality detailing from a diva striving for success.
